SEATEC PIPE is the piping division of SEATEC SHIP SERVICES CO LTD. Established in 2018, we specialise in the fabrication and installation of ship piping systems. To date we have completed piping repair and modification work on more than 300 ocean-going vessels — bulk carriers, container ships and tankers — covering LSFO system retrofit, fuel oil flow meter retrofit, BWMS, EGCS and GRE piping. We have earned the trust of shipowners and ship management companies overseas.
On-site pre-inspection, 3D scanning, drafting, workshop production, class survey, coating protection, and on-board installation — seven stages that together form one complete chain of work, delivered as a single package. Our management system holds ISO 9001 (ABS) and ISO 14001 (NOA) certification, and we achieved a Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise. Our workshop operates to ABS-approved WPS; our welders hold CCS-approved welder certificates as well as training certificates from a Chinese specialist GRE pipe manufacturer. Following with client’s requirement or scope of work, our pipe products can be supplied with DNV material certificates and DNV production certificates.
